  1. My guess is we will see a bump up to around the 500 level for s3e7 because its got a battle scene in it and then maybe around 530ish for the finale because they tend to get a bit extra because people tune in again to watch the last episode of the season even if they have skipped episodes. But 470 is not good.
  2. It is still not the same as the use the Tower sisters used it for and remember that Siuan has no idea that the Rod shortens life spans or was used for binding criminals in the AoL.
  3. Exactly the same as you meant.
  4. Well let me think S3e1 and S3e2 and S3e3 and s3e5 and S3e6 and S3e7 and S3e8 where all weak, if you are keen to know why (which I don't think you are) you are more than welcome to revisit the individual episode threads to examine my analysis.
  5. Must have been super difficult to film those scenes even if they had the dialogue playing pre recorded off camera.
  6. Nope just thought it was worth seeing a breakdown of the numbers of crew and extras
  7. “These are real numbers, I’m not making this up. 270 shooting days, 2500 crew members, 9000 extras, eight visual effects houses in seven countries, 2600 arrows, 2000 pairs of boots, 114 wigs, and 33 gallons of blood — to give you an idea what it takes.” This is for season 2 so I am not sure of its per show budget. Damn I look at the number of extras and think how tiny WoT looked for extras.
  8. Especially with GoT I imagine a large amount of the increase would be to cover increasing cast wages. Largely unknowns at the start of the run eight seasons in they would be getting a bigger paypacket.
  9. Just on Gawyn and Egwene they were a special case. Because of the extreme feelings on both sides it made the individuals dream nearly impossible to escape from, strength in the dream was no protection, remember the wise ones making fun of one of their number for falling into her husbands dream and being unable to escape. Maybe it is possible this existed with Rand and Lanfear but I doubt it. T'A'R is a level playing field and is subject to the strength and how deeply the person is in the world from in the flesh to as light as using a dream ter'angreal for learning.
  10. I am not watching it again to double check but I got the impression that in about episode 3 she convinces him to go back to having a sexual relationship and then in the episode that Egwene catches them his shirt is undone to the waist and they are more intimate than just kissing. He at no point is reluctant. His reaction when confronted by Egwene is far more indicative of a stronger relationship than ex-lovers.
  11. Lanfear can shape the location and the environment around them but there is no indication that Rand and Egwene were anything but themselves and fully aware and fully conscious and fully in control of their own actions barring the physical limitation placed by Lanfear.
  12. I am not doing that my analysis is that Rand and Lanfear are fully awake fully aware and for all intents and purposes might as well be conducting the conversation in the dream as if they are in the same room as each other. Unless Lanfear is running some hidden manipulation of Rand and the viewer is not aware of he is complete control of his actions. That conclusion then informs as to the actions of the characters in the scene; it is not some deliberate attempt to arrive at an outcome.
