Tbh I wouldn’t expect him to need to mimic that, I’d expect him to feel it more as a wolf. its not a game response, its a personal one. Leaning into it is the easiest thing for a wolf to do. i say this not to reinforce that I think I’m right, but because I think it’s not a good argument for a read. Of course, it can be resolved later. fwiw, that’s the role I least think is directly town aligned. I’d give that to a wolf in a heartbeat. This scenario requires the role would be wolf aligned (almost always true) the role has infinite uses and was used last night (give that one 80/20) it was used between a townie and a wolf (which I think is suboptimal, but let’s call it 50/50 for the sake of your argument) I targeted 2 townies, 1 of which was bus driven (1/6 shot of their ability aligning with my target since so targeted two people) completely disregarding play or reads, were spending our day debating a scenario that to my mind has *at best* a 6-7% chance of happening. This isn’t worth nearly so much as it is to have you and SD duke it out.

It doesn’t make sense for a wolf team to bus drive between themselves and a townie early into this game. They’re creating liability. They’d be better off bus driving between two townies.

This stood out as different from the others in that it’s actually some attempt to solve. 2 questions. 1) how do you parse separating a player from their role when judging their alignment? 2) contextually, you’re giving ithi a town pass and trying to get yourself one based on your roles, but mine is ignored in this. Words do have meaning. I’m not offended, but I acknowledged the attempt to bait, which it was. Ceiling it behind “I didn’t call you dumb I said your thought was dumb” type semantics doesn’t change that. You do still have a ton to learn. You don’t want to be critiqued yet respond like a feral animal anytime you get sus. You miss fundamentals and tunnel on reads where people call them out because your tone is ahead of your mechanical knowledge. The disparity between your rationale and experience lead you down paths of reasoning a more experienced player rejects before ever voicing, and you get stuck in them. I’d like to keep some level of sus out on you shad, purely out of respect for your game, but if you keep making posts like this ima have no choice but to be your ride or die. The thing about a bus drive is that for me to mid-hit a wolf we have to assume the wolves were willing to bus drive a town player with themselves. In this game… where the list of power roles is long and lethal. Very likely they use a utility like that between two townies to sew chaos. I appreciate the sort of legendary status you’ve all assigned to me but it’s getting to be a bit much. Preening in the glory of my reputation, while satisfying, isn’t ideal for town!darthe. To be fair, SD spent his last game posting horoscopes and then effectively soppoku’d by not bussing his teammate. I don’t think I’d give any meta on him a ton of confidence. on the flip side, Turin is.. underwhelming. I dunno why. Two games of setup spec that got him a lot of hate. A game off. Now he’s back and playing with Ithi and letting her do most of the talking like a good warder, but not a good mafia player. SD is my current pick but that may be a bias towards activity. We wouldn’t be wrong to kill em both, particularly in a game with no coroner. as for my first life reads, I myself haven’t went back and reread them so I didn’t give much credence there. I was baiting the N0 NK thinking I could be a confirmed tree stump all game and that I’d get to pass the coroner off on the following day… that’s my b misunderstanding the mechanics. I think Leelou was killed just because she was fairly universally town read, but her reads could be of value. Glad to see you solving in any case, these are all very strong posts.

I don't really, as I suspect roles don't correlate with alignment as much as normal. You're in a tight spot, claim it or don't. There is a wolf between you two though, almost always. At worst if we're wrong on you you're dying for a good cause, but feel free to fight for why it's Turin and not yourself.
