Also re the 'bumping' of old Thread. This is what it says in the DM CoC 5. Topic Bumping - It's OK to respectfully "bump" an older message thread if a reasonable amount of time has gone by and the thread has become static. Frequent bumping, or bumping a larger volume of topics will result in a Warning.
