but I am trying VERY hard to not make that a normal thing. This is why I made it very clear that no one can police how someone plays. We can get back the light fun atmosphere of DM. But yeah I am learning new rules as I go along, such as Self Votes won't count and no AtE in the game. If you are unable to continue in the game, I would first suggest a walk away break, and if it's still no bueno I would try to find a replacement. Well that is why you can disagree with the idea of mob justice. For example, so far we have thrown 2 Town out the airlock. Mob Justice: the practise whereby a mob takes the law into their own hands in order to injure and kill a person accused of wrong doing. The mob acts as judge, jury and executioner. We would not weaponise the term here so I really dont think it's a problem. In the event of it ever being a problem, I think the DM staff would step in super quick and deal with it. They are very good. I'm not really sure that an actual game is the best place to have this discussion. You may be better starting a new discussion Thread.

I don't know if we'll be able to get rid of the term in the Game Mechanics, but I do try to not actually do that in my scenes. So in my last game they got arrested and in this game they go out the airlock. I have checked with Turin, who is American and so understands the history that would have led to that reddit discussion. He says he doesn't think it would be an issue as Lynch refers to any mob justice, and is not solely a term that relates to the social injustices in more recent history. So in the context of the game it is purely mob justice.
