His posts on this side feel like they come from a townie. His revelation seemed too eager, natural and #solve to come from mafia.

Did Kiv tell you directly that it'd a different person? Cause I'm having trouble following this.

 

First you don't know your role, so how do you know what exactly it it you did?

 

Second how do you know it's a different person when the first post days you will get no extra info as to what happened with your role?

I'm not allowed to give specifics, but my result has a name of a player, and it's not the player I targeted.

Try to take an objective posts on his posts after daybreak, and see if you can't see what I saw. They are too spontaneous to come from mafia; mafia would run to their QT and discuss this. And Loki himself wouldn't have wanted to help town solve their confusion about roles, he would want them in the dark as little as possible. I can see no gain for either mafia or Loki to make those posts, and thus I say town.

Not all mafia discuss stuff in theit QT before doing some thing, especially not if it's a quiet QT. I sure dont.

How do you know he didn't accidently kill himself?

Well until we see if those of us who got a response back get the same type of response D3, it's hard to say if it's just our targets that's getting messed with, or roles.

 

Scenario A, targets, means:

I am a follower (this is hypothetical, I can't confirm exactly what kind of result I got, Kiv's order), I target player 1, but get randomly redirected to player 5 and get results about them instead. When Loki dies, I will get the results of the player I target.

 

Scenario B, roles, means:

I am a follower and I target player 1. But as long as Loki is alive, roles and results gets messed up. So we say player 2 is a vig and target player 3. Then after all NA's are in, they are put into random.org and changed around. So mine and player 2's roles get switched around. That means that technically I targeted player 3 with a vig kill, and player 2 targeted player 1 with an follower action, and get the result from that.

 

Did that make sense?

 

I see both as just as likely scenarioes. Ragnarok means complete chaos, after all. And consider the OP of the sign up thread where one of the JN players who played in this said Kiv had a "sick, sick mind to think up a game as this", we can't see anything as too unlikely.

The kills makes me lean towards scenario A. Dice was the vig so another townie didn't kill him, and he seems a strange choice for mafia or Loki (if Loki is an SK. I personally think he's a survivor, or possibly a cult leader, but that's only a 5% possibility in my mind). I don't think Dice as vig would've killed CoryKey either (I know he wouldn't know he was a vig, but I think with a character like Thor he would've been careful targeting anyone he thought town). So, odds are both the mafia NK target and Dice's vig target got randomly shuffled.

Ask Kiv if you are unsure. Punishment is modkill if you say more than you're allowed to after all.

I'm the general sense, I would agree with you. But knowing which results we collectively get will help us figure out what's going on.

 

And you're allowed to say the type of result.

I'm not allowed to mention the names of the players I got a result on. Nor any kind of hints.

This is what I'm allowed to say:

 

I originally targeted CoryKey (my character led me to believe I did not have an offensive/harmful role, wich is my I chose them, they were my biggest town read and I hoped I had a role that could be beneficial for them). I got in return a Watcher-result, with two other names.
