That's a pretty big claim for somebody who hasn't played on this site before, and presumably hasn't played with Des before.  Also, since you've only played a couple games, how can you possibly have ANY basis of whether or not Tom's a great tone reader to make a comparison to others?

I'm confused as to why Salami followed Clov and then unvoted before Clov clarified what he was trying to do.

I followed Clov cause i thought we saw the same thing there. Then i read back up and it turned out i remembered wrong.

Then came Clov and explained he didn't see that either.

Really, I haven't seen much of anything.  In addition to what Nyn already said about our conversation yesterday, she should be more than willing to confirm that I told her I associate Leelou being snarky with her scum game, since I saw a lot of it in ABBA.  Nyn told me she's that way regardless of alignment.  Probably true, but I have minimal experience with Town!Leelou.  But I've seen a little bit of it here.

 

Content wise, I couldn't even begin to form a read on her.  She has a couple posts of gameplay, but it's nothing I can really analyze her from.

 

Overall, I think it's perfectly reasonable for me to have SOME concern about her.  Again - serious push worthy?  Not at all.  But enough to make me try a move.

Leelou - The last statement ISN'T about you being town.  It's about snarkiness.  After the conversation between Nyn, you, and me I figured you wouldn't be to eager to participate early on if you rolled scum again.  You did have a decent amount of posting early in the game.  That would suggest town.  The tone of your posts slightly reminded me of when I played with you as scum though, so I was trying to elicit a response.

 

 

Also, if Verbal could catch up and get us a TPS report, that would be great.

Full catch up not happening, but I'm skimming like a mofo.

I still see Salami as my #1, but that is mostly because I never saw anything resembling a good response to him following Clov.

Speaking of Clov, he's my #1 town, which is admittedly tied to my read on Salami.

Associate reads aren't awful, but where is this one coming from?  The D1 stuff with Leelou?  How him and I have argued back and forth?  You said he never gave a good response following me....I said a lot of things towards Csarmi this game.  So have a lot of other people.

 

You can blame the activity if you want, but if anything, shouldn't that have given you MORE to form reads from?

You're nuts. Salami is a probable townie TO YOU. And no, I never said my Clov read would flip.....you are putting words in my mouth.

I followed Clov's explanation afterwards and I see what he was trying to do. If Salami isn't scum, I'm still town on Clov. But my initial read on Clov comes based on my read of Salami.

 

 

This sounds more like you putting words in Tom's mouth than he is your's.  He never said you said it WOULD flip - he said you left yourself open, which you kind of did.  If you're largely reading me as town from your read on Csarmi, it seems to follow that you being wrong on him would influence your read on me.  It might not change it, but I don't see how you don't factor it in.

I mean, yeah, technically everyone's a possible townie, and really I prefer to look at everyone as possible scumsters, but my point was that both of them are null for me atm. That could change once Pral catches up and once I've taken a look back at Thane.

Thane, you're not even close to being right about Des here.  Csarmi's spot on when he says you look obsessed with yourself from this - if you were really concerned with figuring Des out, I think you would have noticed the exchange he had with Hallia and Csarmi.  You would have noticed how he's handled Wombat most of the game.  Pretty sure he pushed Verbal as well.

i said before in my little self-chat, that i'm not voting yet due to 2 reasons:

 

- EOD play can change things in my null list, so someone from there might get voted

- should i vote now, and stay offline, i might park a vote on someone where my vote would go to waste.

 

This may seem awefully scummy and just an excuse to hammer someone, i am totally aware of that. I am just careful when voting.

 

 

I don't see why EOD play factors in at all when you're a day and a half removed from deadline.  "My vote would go to waste" is garbage.  It's still going to count just the same, and given the current wagons, I'm pretty sure somebody from your nulls on down - or you - IS going to be lynched.  You being unwilling to help looks like you either don't care or don't trust these reads too much.
