I gave Lee townie brownies for that specific post if you keep reading. You should get caught up first.

You're creeping me out. It's my mattresses isn't it?

Of you think its very unhelpful I might try to save it in mails and post at once but its a bother.

And not enough time to go through 2x.

I can't BTW I'm from phone. I can do it this way or not do it.

You can still read all of a conversation and then go back and quote posts.

Pretty hard.

MAYBE I WAS RIGHT

Again the real time sequence here sounds like town!Hally.

She is going to drive me crazy yet.

So natural.

Des one thing you need to become aware of at some point in your life is that you're not always going to be right. You're going to be right about strong villagers leans ~85-90% of the time because the game starts with ~70% villagers and if someone goes 50% out of their wolf range then they're already 85% a villager. But if a player starts at 30% wolf and cuts their villager range in half they're still a wolf 65% of the time. That means you're gonna be inaccurate 1/3 of the time even with correct information. So what do you do? You weigh the reads of your strong villagers. If someone you read as 90% villager has reasonable doubt on your 65% wolf read, then it's more like a 50% wolf read and you can probably find someone better. It's why I'm consistently aware of how Clov appears scummy because I have experience with him as a wolf, but why I'm not crucifying him because AJ is reading him town and I'm weighing that read because thats good enough for now. So you could do yourself and all of us a favor by seeing the game from a team perspective instead of declaring that people that disagree with you are >rand scum because A) you're not gonna be right all the time and B) if you're grinding against several players with good intuition or strong ability to read other specific players (think Salami <-> Tress last game) then you need to reconsider your own position. So who are your top 2 villagers? Try weighing them more when they're confident about something, even if it doesn't match what you think. (And don't form top villagers just based on if they agree with you already.)

I got lost a bit in the percentage... lol... but essentially this. In past games where I was scum and didn't want to have to deal with Des, I'd just echo him a bit and he won't get anywhere near me. It works the other way around too. He can say that he's not doing this, but he kinda is. As long as he can follow my line of thought then there shouldn't be a problem. I explained myself... if he wants to get stuck with the notion that the only reason I haven't changed my mind about Clov is because I'm not updating my reads.... then so be it. I'm not gonna lose sleep over it.

It's as if she was scurred of me. I can rustle her.

I think this is funny.

If anything I'm scared of getting banned. Heh. Self preservation all the way. I also refuse letting salami ruin the game for me. It started off really fun and it was starting go downhill for me. Considering this could be my last game for a while.... if tuning out salami for a while helps, then it's good enough for me. I'm still reading his posts and all. So no harm done.

I think his "Lee gambit" was dumb but his backtrack on it immediately after was full stop bull. Several of his posts sound like they were written by someone else (including a hedge post on you) and not by town Clov -- his usually inborn confidence, where it does exist in his posting so far, reads as forced. I think he's taking shots at weaker game, reinforcing existing scum leans instead of generating new suspects, something he does as scum. While arguing with me about Wombat he treated me with the intent to get me to change my read on him through stubbornness instead of displaying intent to discern my alignment.

I think you have more experience with Clov than I do, which is why I'm glad you see it too. Otherwise I'd start thinking I've gone mad or something if I was the only one who noticed how totally off it was. I hold Clov at high regard and I don't feel like he's in solve mode. He started off going with Lee, who he's not that familiar with. Then Sili, who he doesn't even know. I don't know... I would expect him to start with familiar terrain like you, Des, Halli, even me. Even his gambit.... both Lee and I were talking about flipping out if we rolled scum... so why wouldn't he test me? someone he played with a lot more? I don't know. I keep trying to understand his motives and I keep hearing that sound of an ECG flat line xD

Csarmi lay me some truth down here

She does engage me here. In full tired mode, from phone in the middle of work day. I may just remembered wrong. Let's put Halleh into dark green. Official.

I've had mindmeld moments with you, Hallia and Nyn. I kinda doubt you guys can mimic what I'm thinking in real time.

What mindmeld did you have with Hallia?

Posted

Nyn. Did you see what I saw? Lee interaction with you (see my quotes) look v/v there. Do you think she could fake that real time exchange with you as scum knowing that you just done hydra?

Just to clarify, I'm not doing this to be cute. I wrote my post on the last page and didn't see hers.

But this needs to stop because it's creeping me out. I've created an army of Toms.

This post. More of an approachmeld than a mindmeld. She said the same thing I did, though she was talking to Salami and I was talking to Clov. It's small but there it is.

Leelou is town, imo. There is no way she could have masked her annoyance completely on thread if she rolled scum. Or acted that naturally with me. I already knew before the game even started that she was going to have some social stuff on the weekend. So her being a bit scarce is not a concern to me. So good vibes there.

on an unrelated note, I want to see more from Verbal. I know he's not active on weekends so I'm not holding his scarceness against him, but I want to see what he brings to the table come Monday. And I think Lee is gonna be a huge help in reading him.

He bugs me too Nyn.

I just think he likes to troll tho

His "AJ is rustled" comment on last page could be seen as sideline flame stoking, so to speak.

And this (with what now I remember his premature Nyn clear) gives me pause. Though he could believe this cause I remember him saying he had to reread me eight times not to misvig me.

I think we're just very incompatible. When I'm saying stuff about AJ... Just ignore IMO. Confirmed suck at reading him. Prolly vice versa too.
