I wasn't breaking balls. I was acknowledging that I look scummy. I was just saying that despite appearance I am still town.

I was also saying that all jokes aside. I didn't like len's defense.

Vos: can you offer me more thoughts? I asked the following from everyone:

I'd like everyone to give an opinion on which of Salami, Arsis, and Vos they think is the scummiest and why. And if you think they're all likely to be town, who would you prefer to lynch and why? If it's Des you can say Des but I'd like you to provide a new perspective as to why he's the best lynch for today.

yea gimme a second. doing iso on csarmi trying to get a more coherent vibe.

will do the same about arsis.

about my own game I know it hasn't been top tier yet. Motivation for getting down and dirty got a bit broken by the bitchfighting. trying to bounce back here.

I'm the scummiest so far but I'm still town.

Lenlo should be the lynch because he is Lenlo and his defense was actually pretty scummy. Deflecting with a joke isn't a defense len.

Your right its not a defense. Theres nothing to defend against though Arsis. Your voting me as payback for killing you when you were a survivor. Im not gonna defend against something that was amusing for me to do in another game.

Lenlo, why do you think we should be townreading you?

You shouldnt be yet, cause ive done jack-all. Im trying to read through this thread right now and catch up but the amount of Tom/Des BS is making it annoying.

Csarmi - hasn't originally pinged for me. Seems relaxed. But after seeing his posts in succession I see Tommys point about not taking a stance. Also his little anger-tantrum at Tommy, then to turn and blame everyone else for 'overreacting'. Does seem like he has spent most of the game trying to look town.

Would be okay placing my vote here.

Arsis - not really sure here. Self-meta-defense ("but oh, I'm always abit paranoid at the start of the game" etc.) not good. Especially the whole "I suck D1" + "I claim scum" reeks. Asking to be subbed out. Spends a lot of time "going after" Tommy. I dunno here, he has been a bit all over the place, but not somewhere I'd be comfortable lynching D1. Let him get his footing back and then we'll see how he does.

I think CS looks pretty clean at the moment and I don't have a solid lean on Arsis, so I have to go with Vos even though I don't have much bothering me about him.

Vos - what was it about Des' play that made you change your mind?  You said it should be obvious and said others had laid it out pretty plainly, but I don't see it.

Krak: I seem to remember several, here is one of the better:

Des - Scum.  Catching up the one thing I noticed from Des wasn't the bad logic (not a scum or towntell from Des, that's just Des) or the emorage, it was the fact that everytime Tommy said something like, "You're acting like scum because as town you would do actionX" Des would suddenly do actionX a couple posts later, e.g. voting, etc.  There was something else that was a obv scumslip, but I need to go back and find it.

EDIT: Oh yeah, Des' comment about how "CSarmi always acts like this as town, but *maybe* this game he is doing it as scum.  Watching him!" was just gross.

What made me change my mind was that up to a point I read him mainly in the context of his fight with Tommy. Shifting my focus onto his gameplay alone actually worsened the feeling about him.

You'd be okay voting for CS, but not Arsis, even though it appears you've seen more scum tells from Arsis?  I don't see how you'd be more comfortable "placing your vote" on CS.  It seems odd compared to your unwillingness to lynch Arsis D1.  And your bolded wording concerning Arsis just kinda strikes me as off.

Let me ask you this, do you think it's better to press people when they're off-balance or when they're comfortable?

Vos, why is Arsis someone you'd be uncomfortable lynching D1? I can understand AJ saying that about Des, but since when is Arsis a power player?

From how I read Arsis, he was more off because of the whole Tom-sub-out-thing. If you are PERSONALLY off-balance then I think pressure will just lead you down a wrong road.

Didn't say he is a power player. Said I think it might be on the wrong premises. I'm not saying we shouldn't, but not my first choice in the pool. Sure, carry on the pressure, but yeah - read the reply above to Krak.

Opportunistic or just following the herd here?
