BotRH Review Competition

Greetings, all members of the Band!

 

For this month, there will be a competition. All members of the Band are kindly invited to participate (that means you too….. yes… you too).

 

*hands out drinks for the people present*

 

Oh.. yeah. I nearly forgot what you would have to do to win one of these great prizes. Your task would be to write a holiday review of your latest trip. You will have to find the ‘holiday & travel review’-section in the Boards and post there. In this review, the minimum requirements are as stated in here (oh durn, i just linked to the right board.... ah well.. ) :

 

Besides the basics, seeing you all might wish to earn as many points as possible and win, you light want to add things like:

• A photo of the area or yourself while on the trip
• A story behind the photo (If Included)
• What did you enjoy most about your trip?
• What was the approximate cost of the trip?
• How much time did you spend there?
• Convince other members of the Band to go there too

 

The trip doesn’t have to be a full 2-week vacation. Daytrips, citytrips, weekends, basically any kind of travel/holiday qualifies for this competition. When in doubt, ask me or any other CG. Your most recent trip will do fine (even if it was weeks ago, or months, or last year even).

 

Now, what can you win? As with any review, points will be provided to

• The person who writes a review
• Those who respond to a review with constructive comments
• A bonus point may be given for an exceptional review

Along with their points winners and staff favorites will receive lottery tickets and a party with free drinks in a Band of the Red Hand pub of their choosing (including a party, otherwise, it wouldn’t be as much fun, right? The number of winners and prizes will vary by participation, so give it your best shot!

 

The best review, as determined by the Band's CG's and upper staff, will also receive a vote for nomination in the yearly Matrim Awards. (you all know you want to win this one).
