The Very Very Bad Day

The last 3 day weekend we had, we decided to drive to Arizona to see my oldest son before he transfers to his new Air Force Base in the Pit of Doom, New Mexico.

 

We left right after work on Friday, planned to drive some hours, stay in a hotel and finish the drive the next morning.

 

When we arrived, I was only carrying a few things but dropped my iPhone out of the car, was desperately looking for it when I realized I dropped it in the parking lot. It had been run over, it's bent and I had to get a new screen cover and get it cleaned up but at least it still works.

 

A scant few minutes later, outside the hotel elevator, I dropped my new Galaxy Tablet out of my purse, smashing it.

Oh wow, that is a seriously bad bad day!

 

I haven't had days that bad. But I know the days where I knock me head on the beam next to the bed when I wake up, it's just gonna be one of those days... Where I'll drop everything I hold, hit my head, feet and knees on any possible surface, and spill hot tea on myself at least once

The bus was early the other day so I missed it, and had to walk to work from my new house, which is on the other side of town. It took me 45 minutes in blistering heat.

Yeah, Mish.... You just know it's one of those days....

 

Mother, that's worse than a smashed Tablet. :(
