Ok tomorrow this game WILL be my top priority. It has been at the bottom of my list since my own game started and that's very wrong, I have not put in enough effort and I suck. I got so wiped from cleaning the kitchen today I haven't been able to do much more than lie down and read my book. Tomorrow will be full reread, even if I have to have my phone in one hand and a washcloth in the other. I wanna see who Wombat interacted with, what he said about others, who he didn't say much about, and what others said of him.

 

But quick reads before I get that in is:

 

Hallia: Her clearing by BFG unfortunatley does little to calm my worries, as there is a very, very big chance there is a silvertounge. She isn't participating. She either sheeps along or drops the tiny little FoSes she makes very fast. She's apparantly active and reading the thread, because she drops little comments here and there, most of them not game-related. Then she makes easy votes on people who are already in the spotlight. She doesn't seem like she's even trying to do what's good for town.

 

BFG: I see her as more or less cleared. I thought it likely yesterday, when I'd managed to completly miss the LD claim, that it was a big gambit. The claim makes that very unlikely in my eyes. Also, she seemed very sincere to me in the post where she was apologetic towards me for having come forwards as the item-giver.

 

Tommy: My gut says mafia, my head is conflicted. Yes, he was after Wombat very heavily. But the cockiness seems too much like mafia setting themselves up as town leader, something I have seen Tommy do as mafia before. I'm not able to trust him, but he's not my strongest read.

 

Peace, I feel like he's had pro-town posts most of the game, but at the same time I'm struggling remembering specifics. On the other hand, I think he'd have slipped up a bit by now, as he's not the strongest player as mafia. Tenative null for town.

 

Turin: He's a big null for me. Too few posts that are very far between them, makes it hard to get a proper read. He's one I'm gonna do an ISO read on for sure, to see if that helps form a better read.

 

Dice: Darthe's little gambit last Day makes me very wary. Darthe tried to pull a "I was just joking guiz, I didn't have a NA result on him", and then he flipped Voyuer. Makes me wonder if he did know something about Dice but was hoping to live another night to get more results. About him being nightkilled it could have been an attempt to set-up dice, or make us think it was a set-up so it gained dice some town cred. In other words, hopeless pile of WIFOM. Uneasy feelings.

 

TG: Still strikes me as towniesh.

 

Lenlo: Still uneasy about him. He's floating by and although several people through the game has stated suspicioun, he's never gotten close to a lynch. That gives me bad vibes.

Dice and Peace both came at me today in the most pathetic manner possible, then Peace kind of "called out" Rags who I have a town lean on, so I'd lynch either of Dice or Peace, they're both well within the POE for scum suspects based on poor game presence, voting trends, and trying to take swings at me

Yeah, I don't find that statement by Darthe to be scummy at all.  Darthe cares very little about his appearance whether town or scum.  Giving Darthe crap for reversing on Mish makes very little sense as town and is therefore likely to be the result of scum either looking for an easy target or chainsaw defending Mish.  Therefore Darthe catching heat could be used to infer that Mish might be scum.  At least that's how I see it.

 

And I don't like how you've made me put words in Darthe's mouth on the pretext of defending myself.  I feel soiled.

There's a lot of content that I've missed but some pretty good stuff to read through. I'm reconsidering my read on TG after my previous post that he answered some of my questions pretty well after restating his thought process. What Darthe says is true in a way of Despo. I personally don't think he is scum this game based on how he is adding anyone who counters him to his wolf-list, but generally I find myself unsure of his play. I don't agree with most of his points but I've noticed Despo kind of has a way of only seeing things from his perspective when it comes to what he considers scummy. Pral's recap of his posts with literally 0 analysis except to call each of his vote changes scummy is suspect and looks like an easy way to jump onto the lead wagon. I'm still not liking Dap this game. Ducking out comments aside, I find most of his posts lacking any real content. His OP contains him saying all the current wagons at the time to be odd, but with no explanation why. His last post was basically just an agreement with what other people have said where he states he finds both Darthe and TG scummy without really expressing why. I'm also uncomfortable with how he is allowing Despo to buddy up to him without calling him on it when in the last game we played together he was quick to call out another player for a joke vote as a form of buddying him. I would be comfortable with voting either of these two atm.

 

@Mish - do you still find TG scummy?

@Kaylee - who else would you consider voting for since you don't seem able to reconcile your read on Darthe?

Okay, TL;DR case on Lenlo is that he has popped into the thread only to make jokes/buddy, skate along and bury a vote on me.  He hasn't taken any positions that he could be called accountable for, has basically not commented on anything of significance in the thread.  The timing of his vote on me and the way he made it are what I found scummiest about him, especially as he didn't say anything that hadn't been said before and ignored contradictory posts from other people.  His joking looks mostly like buddying to me in an attempt to cover up his complete lack of meaningful participation. 

 

But the biggest thing is that he doesn't even remember his own fake "scumhunting."  Before voting me he said that I deleted a post and so he would "default to a" ping.  That is it.  Nothing else.  Later he says that the post delete isn't the only reason he is voting me.  Next he says it isn't even the main reason for him voting me.  So he is being self contradictory and incredibly lazy which looks like mafia sheeping to stay under the radar.

For srs though, Darthe I feel like always plays like this and so while it feels scummy my gut and prior experiences are telling me not to lynch him. Atleast not on D1 anyways. See what more he does. Darthes train also seems to have built without any new arguements, just the same ones being rehashed by the same people.

Sorry for being away so long. Not only was I not ableto get on the computer until justnow when I got home but I haven't really been able to read back for quotes etc. I have read to here but am kinda sleep deprived still so some of this is fuzzy. 

 

I see that Despo has hinted storngly or possibly claimed VIG and intends to shoot Darthe tonight since he was unable to get him lynched today. Despo, you said to someone else that hints were bad, which I agree with, I didn't see an absolute claim so if you would be so kind to state for the record. Are you a VIG? I won't ask for further details but if you wish to provide them feel free. Also, reading your posts about Darthe it seems to me that you merely want him dead. for disrespecting you and his alignment means nothing. I would say that is quite anti-town. You made a similar threat to Amega for calling you a girl(you really shouldn't have a girl's name in that case). Something about using your entire mafia career to get him killed in every game ever for something that you stated yourself you used to find amusing when another player(BG) did it when he played. Now you might say that you are just being facetious about Amega, but that would be counter to your current Darthe stance. I do hope that you did not really out yourself and call your shot as a vigilante for some hurt feelings. Somewhat ironic as that is something that you would make fun of Csarmi for doing.

 

Okay. So I see that the deadline has been set and is rapidly approaching. I will give my very brief and fuzzy list of impressions on the players thus far.

 

 1. Peace: Leaning town: feisty and seems to be thinking independently. I did find the clearing of Despo odd. the way Des responded it I remember as odd as well. 

2. Turin: make up your own minds.

3. Mish: Null. I had her as town but what dap said just ahead of me makes some sense. there are some odd interactions and I think that scenario would put her mafia with Darthe who I think is actually town. I am really too tired.

4. Despo: MAFIA_ the latest thing regarding the entire Vig claim and stating that he intends to shoot Darthe tonight for "disrespecting" him is so anti-town that it is ridiculous. 

5. Csarmi  Andrej: the knee jerk Town claim from CS still pings some. I didn't see the question from Pral as requiring a LD type response but I have heard CS say that he pretty much claims that way all the time(BTW, can anyone check if it was in purple?) AJ has been trending townish to me. I don't know about his conclusion about Pralaya but that could be me. I think right now slight town.

6. Amega: Incomplete- I am always somewhat sus of anyone that seems to follow me too early in a game as my opinions are generally not popular. There was also a post from someone questioning him for not posting and saying "nothing much had happened" that rand true. If pushed to pick I would lean mafia. His Despo vote would be odd to me then. 

7. Hallia: I agree that she was giving more commentary without taking a stance. It strikes me as odd. I don't like that. I have slight mafia lean.

8. Darthe: I think I understand what he has done and therefore have him as town. 

9. Kaylee: (is she getting replaced due to injury?) I have her null ATM. I didn't see her sticking out either way. 

10. Wombat: The only time I ever caught wombat as mafia was when he was talking too politician like. I haven't seen evidence of that here as he has been definitive to me. therefore I have him as a  town lean. 

11. Dap: I was all set to say he was in my mafia pile but he moved himself back more to null with the last post. I don't know if I agree totally with his conclusions as it is counter to some of my other reads. But I like that it seems to be reasonable

12. BFG: not so much content that I recall. I think she is sus of me which is reasonable as I haven't been as active due to work schedule as I might like. I have her on the town side of things 

13. TG: leaning more town ATM. I read his take on the Des/CS thing as TMI. I do actually accept his explanation and since then has been trending town in my eyes. I initially thought his Len vote was pure OMGUS but with the posts he put out there it is possible he is right. Mafia Len would typically be a little more jokey as I remember.

14. Pral: town ATM. I agree with his take of Despo being more carefree with his FoSing the entire thread as mafia. basically a large case of floating balloons to see where the popular opinion is. I also didn't read his questioning the validity of Despo's vig claim to be any sort of a role hint. It is merely logic that if he sees both Darthe and Despo as mafia tht one isn't going to shoot the other. (I have Darthe town but he can be wrong about that and still be town)

15. SickPuppets  TommyRod: mafia lean. displaying much of the same methodology as he employed in two recent games in which he was mafia. lots of posting, the buddy buddy stuff with Despo also pings severely. If I never hear LOCK CLEAR again it won't be too early. 

16. Lenlo: leaning mafia. As noted in my TG statement Len as mafia will tend to joke a bit more than as town IMO. building post count while not really leaving any evidence on thread. It also allows me to reconcile his spat with Despo as a distance move. 

 

 

So Mafia: DESPO, Tommy, Lenlo, maybe Hallia, maybe Amega

 

I will admit that much of this has to do with Despo being the mafia I think he is. Need to sleep now.
