Unicef Tap Project

Unicef has launched a website (http://tap.unicefusa.org/) wich had a very easy and yet very good way of helping out someone who needs it! If you go into the website on your phone (or, I'm guessing, tablets for those who have that), then every minute you don't touch your phone, will give a day of clean water to a child that needs it. Such an easy way to do something good!

 

Mine has been running for 10 minutes now (I never use my phone when I'm at home unless I'm playing Sims on the computer and need to check mafia games :P ), and it feels quite good to be able to help someone by doing something so simple!

That's a bit weird ... why would someone pay to keep people off their phones? o_O

 

Well, whatever their reason, the cause is just.

Well I guess the thought is to encourage people to put away one of the many luxuries we have, to help those with little to none luxuries.
