Yet another newb on the forums...

Brand new to the forums but have been reading the series since the early 90's.

 

Really looking forward to the WoT Encyclopedia which may be coming out later in 2014.

 

Until then, I guess this community is the encyclopedia.  Looks like the right place to get some questions answered.

And also you should join one or many of the social groups, they put a whole new spin on the WoT world. I am part of the Black Tower and Wolfkin. Join and have fun

Welcome!  I can hardly wait for the WoT Encyclopedia too.  We have a large book discussion area which you might really enjoy and the social groups.  I'm in the White Tower and Warder's mostly.  You can join as many as you want.  You will not see all of the boards in the White Tower until you join, so just a heads up.  Look around and if have questions or need help, let us know.

Welcome to DM - you won't be alone in being a long time reader, but new here on DM I have only been here a few months (although I was here many years when DM was a little different). I belong to the Band of the Red Hand, the Ogier, and the White and Black Towers, as well as the writer's section of the Tuatha'an group. Each group is a little different, and like Ry said, there are different forums in each group that you can't see unless you join that group. I love the social groups because you can meet people who really love the WoT, and make friends from all over the world. There is the RP side of the community, if you like any of that!

 

Just have fun and I hope to see you around some of the groups! If you have questions, just let us know!
