Love this series (currently on Knife of Dreams), and I'd love to get involved in a community of people who appreciate the series as much as I do, and are interested in lively discussions!

there are lots of places for discussions here, though I'd stay away from the memory of light boards to avoid spoilers, though there may be some on the general wheel of time discussion board as well.

 

there are other places to discuss films, tv and books, some great social groups and a role playing section as well!

Via mentioned the social groups - you can join as many as you want and they all have a different feel to them! I hang out mostly with the Ogier, the White Tower, and the Band of the Red Hand.

Nice to meet you! I just joined myself. I just happened to start rereading the series again after realizing the last book came out (finally!) and that I don't remember much about the minutia of the series.

 

A funny thing... a neighbor of mine saw me reading the second book and mentioned she had read the series. She was the second person I had ever met that knew of the books. I'm sad that I don't know more people who have read it! And I found it funny that she and I had different ways of pronouncing the names and places in the books.
