TG Ceremony witness

Alright, my character was cc'ed so I'm ready to move her along. Technically, she's a WS 7 but I wanted to RP the ceremony.

 

I'm petitioning the WT for an AS, I also need a witness from the Yards. Volunteers anyone? Once I get the participants, I'll start the thread. Thanks!
