I think that it would be more likely that Tuon just orders someone to go back and get the Crystal Throne. Then someone sees the chaos and tells Tuon and she decides something, not sure what.

Quotemistress nailed it. Rectifying the Aiel future and the slavery of damane will be tied. Releasing the captured Wise One damanes will head off what we saw in Avi's vision, that will not be enough to stop the Seanchan and Aiel from eventually falling into conflict. The conflict will be averted somehow with Tuon channeling. Now that gunpowder has been discovered, the Seanchan could have a new weapon on which to base the power of their empire. There would be no Seanchan Empire without some form of overwhelming weaponry - damane will not be released until there is a replacement.

 

No way in heck are the weird Aiel look a like things from Shara. No freakin way. The one example we have of a Sharan was last seen in Tear, looked black, and had a musical accent. Oh yea, he didn't veil his face. That theory just doesn't hold water.

 

The last book certainly isn't going to have much happening on the Seanchan continent. Maybe a part of a chapter. I do expect the opening of an adventure with Mat and Tuon re-capturing the Seanchan continent, but only a few hints of that after closure of the LB. Maybe an outrigger will pick it up.
