What’s up everyone? I wanted to share with you all my new radio show that I host called Gamer’s Underground. It airs every Monday Night at 11pm EST / 8pm PST and my cohost Warzone and I talk about everything going on in the gaming world, including reviews, previews, and interviews with industry icons, such as DC Universe Online director Tony Jones and Playboy’s Gamer Next Door Jo Garcia. Anyway, I’d like to ask everyone what they would like to hear us discuss as well as update everyone on our current and future episodes. Feel free to even call in and chat with us sometime during the show, the number is (912) 373-8255. Also, what games are you currently playing and what are your top 5 games of all time?

Thanks everyone for your support! I’ll give a shout-out on the air for every new post in this thread.

-Matt (CS)

the new MK is EPIC ... RETRO EPIC guys!!!

for me its a combo of the good points from Armagedon (Story mode & krypt goodies) with most of it being formatted from MK3 (my fav of the MK games). yeah, when your angery and need to beat soemthign up or realeas stress by opening a can of ship butt ... this is the perfect game. *sighs* it's good to have the perfect anger management sensless beating game again.

I work at a bank, and whilst Sony won't admit it, I'm sure Credit Card numbers were stolen. We average about 1 fraud report per month/two months, and in the past fortnight I've had no less than FIVE people come into store with dodgy transactions, ALL of them PSN subscribers.

I wonder if it could be related.

Diablo 3 beta is scheduled for next month. I started playing SC2 again at the right time, keys generally go out to active battle.net users.

Woo! If this game doesn't rock my world, there's something wrong with me.

Ive been playing Magic the Gathering Online for the PC, and though its not through the Playstation Network, its through Sony Online. I wonder if all of this could have been done by a rival online entertainment company looking to shut down the Sony juggernaut, or ruin the premiere of some great games.

Does anyone play DC Universe Online? I had that one pegged to be competitive to WoW but now with all this credit scare, who wants to play it now?

That's a good point, Mynd. I would not put it past some companies to do exactly as you suggested. Sad, really.

It's about to be that time again everyone! We're set to be joined tonight by Chris of Sports at Night, another show on the All Digital Radio Network, which airs in Sunday nights at 11 PM EST. He will be joining us to talk about sports games, and mainly the Madden Curse, and what it means for Peyton Hills who is on th cover this season. After that, I'll be talking about Brink, the ground breaking multiplayer FPS that came out last week, and Honest Hearts, the new add-on for Fallout: New Vegas.

Peyton totally deserved the cover over Michael Vick!

Hey everyone! From now on around Friday or so, I'm gonna come in here and ask what has been going on in the world of gaming for you. What games have you been playing? What games do you want? What is interesting to you in recent gaming news? This will all be to get an idea of what you'd like to hear on the show. I'll even give you a shout out if Warzone and myself end up talking about it. And of course you can also call in anytime at (912)373-TALK(8255), to talk about what is on your mind. And be sure to follow @GmrsUnderground, @matt0083, and @warzoneprez on twitter for thoughts and gaming news.

So what is on your minds this week for Monday's show?

I have seen actual game play Mynd. It looks great, but the play-ability will be in question until enough people get there hands on it I would think.

Awesome news everyone! Jo Garcia, Playboy's 2008 Cyber-girl of the year and now Gamer Next Door, will be returning on our show tomorrow night!

for games i've got two new ones.

The First Templars is alright. its a B-rated, non-thinking hack & slash for two people to play together on the console imo.. the game play itself isn't challenging, the upgrades are lacking, the story line isn't all that intriuging, and theres alot of pointless ground that you explore to find nothing at all. still, if you want a console co-op for the xbox, it's worth renting.

Hunted: Demons Forge is good so far. the story line is very good, and fast paced. the AI is intellegent and sometimes challenging; it can be played single or console co-op in the entire game. your partner, if done in AI, actually thinks for himself and is a reliable in most scenarios to actually help you out (something you rarely find in RPG's). the weapons system is lacking, you can only hold/equip one at a time and thats only from what you find laying around or can buy. you earn skill points slowly and have to get to certain points to be able to upgrade. theres no armor system that i can tell so far so if your a person who like customization, this isn't the game for you. also, you have to get to certain points before switching characters; which can be a pain sometimes. the other thing i don't liek about it is the veiwing sstem. it's designed like a FPS and thats all you get. the camera is actually located above your characters head and pointed to the front. it also lacks a quick snap veiw button or lock on button to help for quick veiwing of the area while fighting.

it's a good game and imo earns the sentence "RPG with a FPS feel"
