how did Moiraine find out about Sammael and Bel'al?

@Charlz Guybon Interesting idea. Haven't seen it suggested before. Yes, Taim, Sammael and Be'lal were exactly the ones mentioned as using those sigils. However, neither Pevara nor any of her companions recognize the sigil Taim was using. At least Pevara certainly doesn't and none of the others say anything. Still, it may be that Moiraine was more versed on the issue.

When she walks into a city and they say hey we love Lord Brend, High Lord Samon, they just showed up last month we dont know where they came from. 

 

Then boom its pretty obvious they are Forsaken.

Moiraine read some obscure books on the subject at the beginning of The Great Hunt.

Maybe she talked to a lot more knowledgeable people in Illian about the new sudden rise of the Lord Brend or whatever he was calling himself, and if they'd had any strange dreams and the like. It's not like even one sly Aes Sedai couldn't have found out about Rhavin, and Belal certainly wasn't hiding himself, letting his dreams affect everyone around him, Rand came in and did the same I guess. I doubt Sammael was exactly being super discreet to someone as worldly and knowledgeable as Moiraine.
