I think I may have hit the long term physical exhaustion wall, can't seem to focus really

Ten club one is 20-30 minutes long - which isn't that bad, I've done something similar before, plus there are questions at the end

 

I think the basic brief is to find something you have a specific knowledge of and to share that, but I can't explain what I've chosen well in a short sentence
