Why do they put the e at the end though when it as good as never gets written out!!?? :tongue:

 

because the e is the fairy e that changes the sound from sin to sine. mathematicians are just too lazy to add it on though

 

 

yes fairy e, changes the sound of vowels. like bit and bite
