First 2 weeks we started slow - less than 3 hours the first day, 6 hours or so most days... then i did 8 hour days for the next month or two while they were trying to hire a new manager to work the Sunday 10 hour shift, those of us on four 10's stayed on a monday-friday 8 hr temporary holding pattern for a bit.

 

I get 3 day weekends every week, so it's worth it... although right now getting over this darn plague, my throat hates me.
