It's not that bad. Just minor frostbite.

I mean, it hurts pretty badly, but I'm taking antibiotics to make sure I don't get an infection.

And the rest of my aches and pains are apparently just part of my auto-immune problems. This is fairly new to me, because my immune system just generally only attacked my thyroid before, but now..... Now it's going to start periodically just flaring up and using all my energy and I'm going to have a hard time sleeping because my body's going to be sustaining my heightened immune activity by pumping me full of adrenalin.... I had to take 15mg of melatonin to stay asleep last night, and I was EXHAUSTED when I went to bed.

 

So I guess feeling this bad is something I need to get used to.

Well, I rarely ever go outside. And my house isn't HOT, but it's not cold either. Kind of mild. I never wear socks, though. I'm usually inside. I just have really really bad circulation. I knew it was iffy already, because my fingers get cold pretty easily, but I'm always aware of that, so I can warm them up...I never notice when my toes get cold. They don't tell me.

I don't know; my doctor didn't say I do. My mom does, it affects her hands, and she asked about it.... But my doctor seems to think this is just part of the package I got. I believe poor circulation is a side effect of Hashimoto's anyway.... Hmm....

Gah, I'm still exhausted. I feel like rolling over and going back to sleep... XD

On the brighter side of interesting, we have apparently adopted a cat.

Well...it adopted us.

It followed my brother home last night. He said he tried running from it, and it chased him...and sat outside our house all night scratching at the door.

And then it ran inside our garage when it opened up for my mom to leave on her paper route this morning.... XD

And it's still sitting in our garage. My mom bought some cat food for it.

It pretty much attacked the bowl of food when I set it out there for the kitty after petting it and having it lick my fingers because they tasted like meat (I had just had some beef jerky XD). It climbed on my shoulder and was licking my ear, too. XD

That REALLY tickled. I was like screeching the whole time. XD

But yeah, I set the bowl down, and BZHOOM!!! It dove headfirst into the bowl and didn't even notice me going inside. XD

I'm not sure what we're going to do, though....

We have no litterbox, and my dad's allergic to cats anyway...

And the garage also has his workshop....

And there's nowhere else to put the kitty....My dog would probably eat it.

She doesn't like any other animals being around to take the attention of her people.

Apparently, my dog is passive-aggressive, too. XD We finally discovered this the other day. XD She's like the poster-dog for passive-aggressive behavior. XD

But anyway, she feels like she doesn't get enough attention as it is (there is no such thing as enough attention for her, I swear), so intruders freak her out.
