South Park Season 14

So, I've just caught up on this season. I have to say, this is without a doubt one of the funniest seasons I've ever seen. There hasn't been one episode that hasn't had me rolling on the floor laughing (rofl, if you will).

Sexual Healing: Really funny, and a biting commentary on rich/powerful men in America and their inability to be faithful to their wives. Mainly focusing on Tiger Wood's affair and the media attention it generated, my favorite bit was Elin Nordegren's lines/voice - "You muuutherf*****! I'll kiiiill youuuuuu". Overall 7/10

Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs: Funny and extremely witty, imo. Parodied the current trend in literature of critics/readers to see deeper meaning and themes in works where there's absolutely nothing deeper intended. I feel bad for Sarah JEssica Parker as they totally made her look like a horse and shamelessly made fun of her. 8/10

Medicinal Fried Chicken: Absolutely hilarious, I couldn't believe how hard I laughed. The huge bouncing balls, Randy microwaving his testicles just to get cancer so he can buy medicinal marijuana, the Catholic church sex jokes, and the satire on legislation inevitably failing/creating a black market had me laughing the whole episode. 9.75/10

You Have 0 Friends: Not as funny as I was hoping, but incredibly relevant in today's Facebook Society. It was sharp and witty, but not very laugh out loud funny. 6.5/10

200: Very controversial with it's dealings with Muhammed, it was funny/sad to see that a Radical Muslim website issued death threats to Trey Parker and Matt Stone over the episode. I loved the return of Scott Tenorman! It was a good episode, but not great. 7/10

201: Even more controversial because Comedy Central heavily censored the episode when it aired, bleeping out all references to Muhammed: his body, his name, etc. Pretty funny conclusion to 200. 7/10

A Crippled Summer: Funny parody of the popular tv show Intervention, the best parts were Nathan and Mimzy trying to destroy Jimmy during the athletic competition. It was interesting to see that several of the crippled children were portrayed as similar to Looney Tunes. 8.5/10

Poor and Stupid: Hilarious look at the popular belief that NASCAR is only for the poor and stupid (aka trailer park residents), Cartman hilariously tries to become stupid by eating/dipping Vagisil and the resulting antics are awesome. I love how they have the real life founder of Vagasil in the episode, and his comments about his wife's dirty/smelly...part are hilarious. A very good episode, 9/10

It's a Jersey Thing: Quite possibly my favorite South Park episode of all time - I've never laughed so hard at a SP episode in my life. I'm sure that if someone watched it without having ever seen an episode of Jersey Shore that it wouldn't be nearly as funny. They absolutely crushed Jersey Shore; I can't believe they had South Park teaming up with the Taliban to kill Jersey. 10/10

Insheepton: Funny, but not great. I'm sure it would have been funnier if I had seen Inception. Randy had the best lines with his whole Butterfly thing. Second best part was the background music provided by Dr. Chinstrap. 7/10
