A WHEEL OF TIME COMMUNITY

On the audio books

Anyway,

I asked Macmillan on the Winter's Heart audiobooks, on which per permission they answered so:

Thank you for your interest in our Wheel of Time audiobooks. We

previously did not have the rights to Winter's Heart, but just recently

acquired them. As such, we will be releasing it both digitally and on CD

in the beginning of March 2011.

So I gather, if anyone wishes the cds, they should be out soon. For myself, as I mentioned in asking, I could not have books beyond Path of Daggers without getting them in order.

I bought and listened to a few of them from Audible.com, read by Kate Redding and Michael Kramer. Thought they both did a great job, and brought some good personalities to the charecters.

Have TGH, TDR, LofC, WH, KOD, and New Spring. Love the Audio books because I pick up on things that I miss while reading. For instance, my mind cannot understand sarcasm unless the book states "He said, sarcastically." So in TDR when Elayne was talking with Egwene and our truly beloved wisdom (he says sarcastically) about chasing the black Ajah with switches, I didn't know it was sarcastic until I heard Kate Redding.

Three cheers for Audio books!!

Due to a long commute, I go through a lot of audiobooks and I find them to be fantastic Readers. There are a few out there, including whoever did the standout work on 'Tin Roof Blowdown' by James Lee Burke.
