This False Dragon (who the person's name sounds like) is long gone, it's been over 1000 years since his day.

This person very likely does have relatives still living as of the current books, though it's never explicitly stated that he has any at all.

New clue: Second in command of one of the fighting groups at Dumai's Wells. He'd taken to wearing a certain headband like so many others.

Appeared in only 2 books of the first 12.
Appeared at Kinslayer's Dagger, Shadar Logoth, and Dumai's Wells.
A Ta'veren mentioned how they look like they could be related to another Ta'veren.
Second in command of one of the groups of combatants at Dumai's Wells.
His name sounds like the first name of a False Dragon that's been dead for over 1000 years.
Has taken to wearing a headband.
Cannot channel.
Has met both Verin Mathwin and Elder Haman.  (even though Verin was at Dumai's Wells they actually met before this!)^new clue!^

Anyone know? This person is minor, but people got Paitr Conel for pete's sake I have faith in you guys.
