How far did thier relationship get before they left Emonds Field? I mean did he actually kiss her at any point? I was just going through tEotW again and wondered about it as he is still really nervous around it seems its just a crush.

I just finished re-reading the first book (again) and there doesnt seem to be any kissing. There is alot of emotional and close touching though, such as when they clasp hands and whatnot. Personally, I think if Rand had been stranded with Egwene instead of Mat, something probably would have happened. But in general teams, there was never any time for them to get it on. And by the time they were able to relax, Rand was found to be the Dragon Reborn.

Well considering his responses to advances from others later I definitely think kissing would of been the maximum. In fact kissing is likely when you consider his first bit of foolery with Elayne.
