She'll stop in from time to time, but spamming isn't her thing anymore, as it is, she barely posts on DM these days. And I mean he's been downright rude to myself and at least a few others that I know of... I don't know what exactly he's said to them, but they came away feeling somewhat hurt by it. He just doesn't seem to be his old cheerful self anymore.

Probably comes down to school or whatever's going on with him and min.

Yeah, I'm thinking that life has gotten to him, and he's not reacting well. That Alys wasn't able to get through to him is rough, she's always kinda been his DM Pillar of support. She's worried, which is indicator that we should be too.

Well I don't know him as well as you guys do, but the prolonged absence on its own was enough to get my hackles up.

Yeah, he just completely disappeared, but he was friendly and stuff for quite a while, its only within the last couple of weeks that things have gone sour. He blocked me on MSN because he was feeling bored. Thats what he told me anyways.

Okay, shutting out your friends who are trying to be there for you when things aren't going good for you is kind of a dick move.

Yes, it is, its also very unusual for him, and a bad sign about how things are going in his life methinks.

Well, given that none of us even live in the same country as him, there's not a whole lot we can do to intervene. We just kinda have to hope for the best.

Yeah, with any luck he'll be back sooner or later.

I like Raven, Hanner's looks a bit too zombie-like for me. Though sadly how skinny she's been drawn is probably accurate.

Well Hanners is kind of a mess, and I hate how too-cute other fanart of her is. Jeph always emphasizes her bugged-out sleepless eyes, I figure I should do the same. And part of her skinniness is her pose.

Hanners does look kind of anorexic there, however, thats how I suspect she's supposed to be, being OCD and all. How you've done it to make her look a mess does make sense though, makes me appreciate it more.

I can't say I've seen much else in the way of fan art, I tend to avoid all those fan drawn comics he puts up, and I don't peruse his site beyond the comic itself.

Yeah, there's a fanart thread on his forum, but most of the stuff in there sucks. Predictably. And those aren't exactly fan comics, those are guest comics done by other webcomic artists.

Ahh, I had no idea, I was never a fan of them though, prefer to just follow his storyline. And fan art often does suck, though in certain cases its very hard to not be better than the official artist *eyes the wot covers*

Its certainly a gem to find really good fan art though, like the stuff you posted above, or Demonspawns Egwene.

Oh man, I had a toy as a little kid that was like that; it spun a piece of paper around real fast in a frame and you squirted paint on it from a bottle.

I remember having a creepy crawler machine. That was so much fun until the lightbulb burned out and never got replaced cause my parents couldn't afford it. I should look into getting another one of those one day.

I imagine the candy mix is a little stale by now, though.

Sort of, they weren't edible, but they did stick to things like the bathroom mirror. You can still find the goop at places like Zellers or Walmart.

Oh man, you should totally get that thing working again but instead of the proper candy ingredients you should use, like, tar or something. Or LSD. And then feed them to people.
