Narg. Sure, he eats people, helped almost kill Tam Al'Thor, smeared poop all over Rand's house, is a Trolloc.

 

But you have to respect him. He's smart.

Oh, I don't care if she's a *couslutgh*. I don't buy into the whole victorian/puritanian holdover that women should have no sexual feelings and no desire to pursue men. What bothers me is that she keeps pursuing Perrin after he's made his disinterest perfectly clear. If a man was doing the same thing, he'd be a stalker and would end up with a restraining order. I also take issue with the way she first approached Perrin-as a member of the Royal class wanting to "commission a blacksmith." Ugh.

 

These responses are fun to read. I still haven't thought of anything good about Gawyn. Is there anyone who actually likes him?

No, I'm fairly certain nobody likes him.  Although he was pretty awesome before his Rand hate.

 

Here are some good points to his personality:

 

-Keeps his word to Egwene about not harming Rand directly

-Supposedly he's good looking

-He (like Egwene) throws everything he has into what he's doing (note how much desire it takes to draw Egwene into his dreams)

-He's good with a blade

-He's not a whitecloak :)
