I know of it! But I can't find it; haven't been able to for some time. I'm desperate to find it again however!

Took a long while... but I searched for "cartography" instead of "map" and found a cartographers' forum, to which I was not logged in. Despair! But then in her comment signature I found the link to her deviantART... and from there, this!

It's not the one I remember, and the map colours make the stedding a little hard to see, but they are there.
