Why not eh? Like I said I'm off this week.  So I can manage to roll out a report today.  I suppose I could in theory write up a story, but I'm not really in the mood this morning.

 

Generally before I start any report I ramble about a topic that's on my mind.  I will do so now.  Why are people in so many orgs?  I never really got why anyone would want to be in more than one (two maybe), but then again I'm a loyalist.  You'd still get the same DM experience but I would think the ties you would form would be closer.  I mean, the people I interacted most with in my previous life weren't even in my org, I had to go to them.  Plus it'd simplify it a bit, it's confusing how inbred the orgs are, I like distinctive lines.

 

Anyway on to my random report.  Should be easier today, because really how much happens on a Tuesday?

 

At the general discussion board there's an older topic that's been bumped to the top involving Majsju's love of soccer.  Normally I wouldn't report on this, being as it's an older post, but I kind of dig soccer.  Plus I find it amusing how those Europeans insist on calling it football(or futbal).  They're so silly, don't they realize America already has a game called Football?  jeez.  Kaznen brought up the fact that 'John dies at the end' is being made into a movie.  If you're interested in that kind of thing you should check out his post, or search the Seanchan board for the same.  Personally I've never heard of it, and I still don't follow links.  Hey, why is the Hornsounder still sticky tacked up at the top of this board by the way? 

 

Over at the newbies board there are five new members.  As of press time these members haven't been welcomed nearly enough, so recruiters, get over there.  Brooke, Locutus, asha_man, Blig Blog, and vltmp welcome to the Circus.  It appears a couple of them are already active over in the book discussion forum, so make em feel welcome and agree with a couple things they say.  And when they feel comfortable enough... that's right, scream obscenities at them until they cry. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA. 

 

What? We don't treat newbies like that anymore? Why not?

Hey, the Aiel have a new topic.  I was worried for a moment I was going to go from board to board and no one would have anything new going on.  Mmeeshal has posted their monthly discussion topic.  It's about the environment, and how to make our lives more 'green'.  Good topic, if a bit on the serious side.  At least it's not random spam. They Aiel are officially my Org. of the Day.

 

Over at the Band of the Red Hand Odette is looking for songs that would be good to run to.  So if anyone here has any good exersize songs, roll over there and add your two cents.  The Band also added a new member to their org today, so huzzah for that.

Over at the Black Tower the Wolfies have officially started their invasion. 

 

In the Illuminator's neck of the woods their march topic is cooking.  Nephitess put up what appears to be an edible recipe for chicken parmesan.  Great idea.  Anyone have a recipe they feel like sharing? Or a desire to eat chicken parmesan tonight? Well check out the illuminator's board if'n you do.

 

The Ogier are still discussing the same things they were yesterday.  I posted over there because I received an e-mail out of the blue from Joram and had to by law spam his org.  Long Live Joey!  The kin are also doing the cooking recipe thing.

 

The Seanchan are discussing a couple different things today. Firstly, The WB network is back and is going to be streaming its old shows online.  Also, Apparantly hulu.com is streaming free TV over the net.  Check out both of them threads over at the seanchan if you're interested in some TV.  In Movies Stargate: Ark of Truth was apparantly released yesterday.

 

Over at the Wolfkin Gerrendus posted a topic because he want's to post one topic a month.  So his topic was of course.

 

"So I've decided to make at least one topic a month."

 

That's the topic. Nothing else. Now I'm a big fan of starting topics (maybe you haven't noticed)  In fact I prefer to initiate the discussion.  Not the point, the point is if you're going to do one per month, it should be something amazing.  That's why I start so many, because I can't do amazing, whereas I'm an expert at moderately acceptable.

 

But let's wrap up shall we.  The Ghul is still talking about the same things it was talking about yesterday.  The White Tower is actually fairly quiet, no doubt hiding somewhere behind the scenes enjoying themselves in private.  Kat *whaps Kat* put your novices to work out on your main board.  have em dance the sa'sara or something. For me if nothing else.

 

So that's it, a lot easier today.  And no Hax, you can't expect these regularly, because I really don't have the time usually.  Just so happens today I can wander boards and play poker simultaneously.

Being a CoL I have a very wide definition of what counts as regularly. The last time I posted a Weekly Poll at the CoL was in November.
