Based on Perrin's journey from the Waygate located at the grove in Manetheren to Emond's field, the site of the final line of retreat and subsequent last stand before it's eventual destruction taking only a few days we can guestimate that Manetheren must have stretched from the Mountains of Mist and east far past the borders of the Two Rivers.  Since there is some consternation about flying the Red Eagle in Ghealdan, at least part of that country was originally part of Manetheren as well.

I'm pretty sure the BWB said it covered most of present day Andor and Ghealdan.  Jehannah, the capital of present day Ghealdan, was originally the site of the Manetheren city of Shanaine.

None of this is really important, since according to Moraine, who is pretty savvy about these things, even the town of Taren Ferry had enough exposure to the outside worls to water down Manetheren blood to the point that it was unrecognizable.

However, Even though Rand has blood ties to Ishara, the first queen of Andor, I don't think there is no evidence that she was descended from Manetheren.  She was just a governor appointed by Hawkwing.

The eastern border of Manetheren ran along the line of the Manetherendrelle. It contained less than a third of Andor, with the rest belonging to Aridhol and Coremanda--mostly Coremanda. Baerlon and maybe Whitebridge would have been included, but only just. There's a map in the BWB if your interested.
