Wolf Brothers

I'm wondering why has Perrin not seen Elyas or any of the other possible wolf brothers (we know of one other for certain) in the Wolf Dream?  It seems a little odd that a Wolf Brother could talk to the wolves while awake but not have access to the Wolf Dream.

Perrin has more or less been forced to use the wold dream far more than what is healthy. Elyas is experienced enough to stay away unless he has serious need.

    I agree with Leebarr (I hope I spelled that right) look at how long it took Egwene to discover anything in the world of dreams and how much she herself admitted to not knowing after spending time with the Aiel. She was lucky not to have got herself killed just going in with not knowing how to get out (TDR when Sylvie 'helped' her).

 

    Perrin does have the one wolf (I can't remember his name) that has helped him in the dream but it would be much easier to have a teacher.

As is the waking world, yet Perrin's taver'enness has drawn Elyas to him not once but twice.  I think there is something more to it than that.  Either, male dreamwalkers are exceedingly rare, ie there is only one, or being a wolf brother doesn't necessarily convey the ability to walk the dream. 

 

Although, most of the male Chosen seem to be able to walk the dream.

i thought that the male chosen where entering in the flesh like rand does, i maybe wrong

I think entering in the flesh was relatively common in the Age of Legends.  One of the Forsaken thinks of the Dream Ter'angreal as training tools for people who were just starting to get there feet wet.  Obviously a Dreamer doesn't need to make use of them, so that kinda points at normal Aes Sedai.

I kinda have to look at the wolfbrothers like Aes Sedai. They are rare in the population and Perrin starts his transformation near the same time as Rand begins to channel. I wonder if there can be wolfsisters too. It seems odd that more wolfbrethren have yet to be seen since so many AOL things seem to be reviving.

wolves are probably like dreamwalkers, just coz they can enter the wolfdream, doesnt mean they do it every day

The Wolfdream is still TAR. I see no indication that it is any different to a Aiel dreamwalker. Even rumors of another Wolfbrother would be known, I am simply asking opinions of why.
