If you haven't heard of it, its probably because its a PS3 exclusive.

What is the game? Its a TCG (Tradeable Card Game) that is also a PS3 game. It used the Playstation Eye, with the cards, with a special type of 'bar code' that allows the eye to recognize, and then 'summon' the creatures or spells within the game.

You can see some of how its played here.

http://www.gametrailers.com/game/2643.html

The rules of the game are similar to other TCG's with a few exceptions.

Every turn you gain 2 mana, so there are no 'lands' like in Magic the Gathering,

You can summon only 1 creature per turn, but you can use any amount of spell provided you have the mana.

You can attack several times per turn, if you have enough creatures and mana.

There are only 9 squares on the field, you win by summoning 5 creatures to the board and end your turn with those 5 creatures still there.

Each Creature has a summoning cost, and an Activation cost, activation = its attack, or 'turning' the card 90 degrees. Since each creature has a field of attack, each different, some can only attack cards directly infront, others can attack from any direction. So turning a creature or learning the best place to place it, can be valueable to winning the game, and with only 9 squares, games go relatively fast, rarely exceding 1 hour.

Many of the pricnicples are similar to MTG, with a twist of a good Tactics game, combined with chess, and you got Eye of Judgement.

Overall, its not a 'bad' game, its basically like a gimmick game, making you say "thats kinda cool, and ultra nerdy at the same time" But hey, the Wii is a 'gimmick' console, so neener neener.

This game does have Online play with some great anti-cheating measures, ranking, and the whole nine yard. And if you can't play online, there is a single player vs comp, comp vs comp, or player vs player. So its all good...

To bad it doesn't have some sorta story mode. :(
