Does it get better? I watched the first couple episodes and it hadn't hooked me, which is shocking given that I've loved Noah Wylie since Dr. Carter days on ER and I've watched Grey's Anatomy start to finish about a dozen times. Medical dramas are my thing! This one just didn't do it for me right away.

It hooked me from the beginning!

Without spoilers, I'll just say.. Think of this like the show 24, but in the ER. Things just get even more chaotic from here.

Those med students are in for one hell of a first day.

I'll give it another shot. I went into it expecting to love it for Noah alone and was kinda sad I didn't love it right away. Maybe I just needed more episodes to hook me.

I love this show. So as a ER night working at a level 1 trauma center in Oakland California this show is the real deal. What I deal with in my 12 hour shift is just like this show. I’ve seen some crazy things in the ER and also some sad things as well. I think this is one of the best medical drama on TV. I mean House was another great show too next to ER.

What was your favorite sub-plot in the show?

Mine had to be the rats, specially when the rat terrier came into it!
