New Leader Title - Merrilor

Let's say we abandon the m'Hael/Amyrlin titles. Or, they become leadership titles under the Head of Council title. The idea is even a non-channeler can be higher than the Amyrlin/M'Hael making their role more diminished. 

 

It is Highly possible that the channelers could separate again, but for the time being we are assuming they merge and balance with the non-channelers. 

 

Anyway, these were the three I thought up, and I'm open to others.
