Need help with what countries Rand controlled in books 10-12!

I'm trying to make a Wheel of Time inspired board game for me and my friends to play, but I need some help with facts. I just have the book on audible, so I can't skim around to find out what I need to know. Please help! 

 

What countries did Rand control in books 10-12?

Were their alliances between countries? Was Andor allied with Tarabon?

rand controlled directly cahirien, tear and illian. Mayene was strongly allied with rand, so we may add this too. ghealdan was technically controlled by rand as their ruler swore to perrin, but it was in anarchy between the prophet and the shaido, so i wouldn't count it.

arad doman was in civil war. andor was in civil war, though they pretended it wasn't one. the borderlands were looking for rand.

the remaining nations of tarabon, amador and ebou dar were controlled by the seanchan

Rand controlled Cairhien, waiting for Elayne to take the Sun Throne. Elayne was fighting for the crown of Andor, and Rand did not control Andor. He had Tear, until he made Darlin King there. Rand was still a highly influential figure in Tear, but did not rule it outright. Rand was King of Illian. He had a very minor control of Arad Domon in the Gathering Storm, but that likely evaporated when he left. Like King of Nowhere said, Rand unknowingly controlled Ghealdan, as Alliandre had sworn to Perrin. Rand has an alliance with Mayene. The Seanchan controlled Altara, Amadicia, and Tarabon. Murandy was just sort of there. The Borderlanders had left their posts, and Rand had no control there.
