"Old Tongue" is the term third age people use for the language in the Age of Legends. What was it called during the Age of Legends? What do you call it today?

I thought Old Tongue is what you kids called going to first base with a Chosen.

During the Age of Legends we called talking...erm...talking. And today we call it the Old Tongue. Yeah, I liked my first answer better too.

In the good old days, we called it talking, mb. We didn't have need for seventy languages in one country the way these modern times do. Everyone spoke the same languge. Everyone understood that language. When you had those that didn't, we turned them into musicians so they could talk with their instruments. It was an added bonus that you didn't have to listen to them rambling about senseless stuff in a language you couldn't understand. Throw in that the ultimate torture was plucking their strings and I'm sure you can see how much easier this made things.

That is, if you ignore that Asmo seemed to have slipped through the cracks. My hypothesis is that the Great Lord got tired of YouTube and needed his own idiot handy for his amusement. I can't really think of another purpose for Asmo still being alive...
