I came to the series after RJ passed away, in 11/11. I was introduced to the books by a friend. I bought all of the books that were available. It felt like I had a treasure. I read them quickly. The world of the WoT is fascinating and I wanted it to continue.

The WT is my home away from home. I've met wonderful and lifelong friends. Jason once told me that Dragonmount will always be here and so will I.

Amazon re: AMoL. Lots of people were disappointed at character or the lack

thereof and so many loose ends. I think the companion is a way to further enlighten the fans on the WoT world, history, cultures, and characters.

I don't think Moiraine ever viewed Lan in the role of a lover. In the very beginning, Moiraine tells the Emond Field girls she knows the identity of her husband. Moiraine and Lan have been together 20 years when they enter the Two Rivers. If Moiraine viewed Lan as more than a Warder, would she not have acted on it within 20 years?

I don't think a King who followed the Way of the Leaf would last long.  We have seen how dangerous it is to play the Game of Houses even and a King like that would not be able to defend his position much less that of his subjects.  Egwene should have followed Rand for he is the Dragon.  Opposing him would have only meant a victory for the Shadow.
