This idea of yours presents us with a great opportunity to get the Tinkers Guild up and running at last. Barb Babe is already under assignment of creating some NSW's for the freelanders as part of her Bio Checker position, but I was under the impression that she has issues getting online or is too busy at school to be active right now? Has that changed? This would fall perfecty within her assignment and she could create a bio for the Seeker NSW that we could use in this RP then.

If it's possible, please ask her to come join us in this conversation.

lol, I'm just glad that the RP is going well. However it goes.

we won't delete any characters, Tina, don't worry. Purging means that someone is removed from our usergroup (so they would lose access to our private boards and if FL is their only RP Group also the RP boards) but their character remains intact and in our records. When someone that has been purged comes back, they can be re-added to the usergroups but in most cases they will need to submit an updated version of their bio again to re-introduce the character to the PSW.

We will put you on LOA, that way you are safe from being put on the inactive list.

We have quite a number of people on our longterm inactive list that are elligible to be purged.

So it's time to do another round of 'who's alive and ready to RP still?'

And also, it's nice to reconnect with the other FL members again. Give us all a sense of who's around to play with.

So please post before the end of May and let us know who you are, what characters your mostly RPing with, maybe a link to your active RP(s) and don't hesitate to ask for playmates if you need any.

I don't see a problem meeting up with a group of Tinkers. As Kath said we can write up a TTPC or an NSW seeker for this. But yes, I'm curious about the gameplan with the Tinkers myself to get a better understanding of what exactly they would need.

Jac looked at her. A hidden exit? He had no idea, his father never had given him access to anything that might give him an advantage. "I don't know. Can't you do something? My people are dying!" Light! What was this Aes Sedai doing? Arrows were flying around them, missing them by what seemed random chance. Didn't they have some sort of protection spell or whatever they called it?

He snapped out of his shock and dived for one of the ceremonial swords hanging behind his father's chair. He drew the sword behind him and thanked the Light for his training in Caemlyn.

"We have to fight out way through! Try to get to safety, Aes Sedai. I have to save my people!" with that he launched towards the door where the Warders and Guards from the Aes Sedai were engaged in the bottleneck that had formed there. Assault after assault landed on them from outside while arrows bounced off some hidden dome surrounding them above. One of the Guards had an arrow sticking out of his side but it didn't stop him from fighting.

Jac turned back to Kathleen, angry now at the pointless loss of lives. "In the Creator's name, woman! Can't you do something? Aren't you supposed to be of the Battle Ajah? We have to get out of here! My people are out there!!"

He was past time of caring whether or not he insulted an Aes Sedai. His heart was in his chest, his mind was racing and fear threatened to take controle of him at every heartbeat. He had never had dreams of battle and great deeds. People died in battles and only fools would look forward to that.

An arrow launched at him and then another. Thud, thud, thud. One after the other bounced off an invisible dome surrounding him from above. Kathleen moved towards him, her face determined. Perhaps it would have been prudent to remember not to anger an Aes Sedai after all. He gulped and awaited his faith.

Up to you Eqwina, I'm fine either way and Wedge, don't worry about it. You couldn't have known. Matters are quite unusual so I'm taking all of that in to account with everything right now.

I am just glad to see some more activity going on in the Aiel. It's been far too long.

I'll allow it this time but keep in mind that this is not the standard. So don't broadcast this type of timejumping. Normally people can not RP higher than the position they have RP'd up to.

Given the situation at the moment with DM acting up accesswise and the lack of active Aiel to play with, I'm willing to be leniant for this particular RP.

And keep in mind everyone: no godmodding. Anywhere, anytime. Keep it realistic within the culture of the Aiel and the overall WOT-world.

No we don't put everything there, only the RP's that actually happen in the TFL.

I think the problem with putting an open thread elsewhere may be that not everyone has caught up to the moment where they left the TFL yet.

If you can explain when the thread occurs in the storyline (nobody really knows when your corvina gave birth so that's not much of an indicator to anyone but you), that might help? We're still working on the main story timeline at the moment, so we don't yet have a timeline to offer everyone.

since two days now Cloudfare won't let me get on DM at home. It says the website is unavailable and is in maintenance mode. Which is obviously a load of bull since others can get on just fine and I can get on at work just fine as well. 
 

I can't get on at work much more than a few minutes if even that because it's crazy busy so I don't have time to get to DM. I'm now spending what little minutes I have to get a notice to you.

I'm truly sorry about this and I will be pestering the admins about this constant problem that is causing problems for a lot of people.
