Really? Thats awesome Summer. I never took classes myself but meet some people by means of my friends whom were taking it. Im not familar with Rudy Galindo, but that definately seems like a cool connection. I think the only other person I've meet is Rafael Arutyunyan, whom teased me because I fell asleep in the rink while people were practicing.  Sort of went something like this:

Wow, sounds rough, I know how that is. I used to train and help teach at a martial arts school for 6 hours a day 7 days a week.

Aside from being a huge fantasy fan, I've been dabbling with some books on the Manbooker shortlist/long list. I will say that I absolutely love David Mitchell. I've read all of his books and eagerly awaiting his new novel comming out in June, Thousand Autumns of Jacob de Zoet .

I just put down David Foster Wallace's Infinite Jest and looking for something new. Any suggestions?
