Towers of Midnight, book thirteen of The Wheel of Time, will be released in paperback form in the USA on October 4, 2011. It was the second Wheel of Time book published after Robert Jordan's death, and thus the second book in the series featuring the writing of Brandon Sanderson.

i bought this in paperback in Australia well over 6 months ago......

 

How is it only now being released in paperback??

 

hasnt it been in paperback form in the US/europe until now?

This will fit nicely on my WoT paperback shelf. Hope they print the chapter titles on each page again like the first 11 books...

Went to my local B&N bookstore, and they didn't have it. I've noticed that RJ's books haven't been a major stocked items, lots didn't have TGS or TOM for the release day for hardback or Paperback. Kind of disappointing seeing that it's not a priority for a lot of booksellers.
