At the time I was trying to narrow down why I think you are a wolf. I think the statement still holds up under scrutiny, but to clarify I am not sure that's 'why' I suspect you. It just seems to me you are more removed from last game for some reason. HAven't gotten the towny memo from you like I did last time.

Unfortunately this game I feel like you're trying to find a reason to call me scum instead of read me and decide if I'm town or scum which is truly baffling for me. Instead of starting null, you said "alanna's mafia and I don't know why but I had this feeling in the Anni game with Monstr and Stork and I was right so I must be right here" and ever since then you're trying to find a reason to make me fit that mold instead of the other way around.

 

I guess I sort of like how laine ostensibly felt the need to read the thread when she woke up or something back around page 10.

Does it make any difference that I'm truly struggling to keep up with this game? It's seriously stressing me out right now because I know that I can play better than this and case better than this but I'm falling short in every way. If that results in me being lynched, then that's just what's going to have to happen.

Bc from my end it feels like I reiterated my suspicion about you seeming to overreact and now it feels like forced nonchalance

I am not sure why you want anything from me, I am actually pretty terrible at this game.

 

This is a complete 180 from how Seph was earlier in the game. What gives?

 

Liz- Only thing I dont like is that she seems to be reading me with a bias irt to my posts and content but that may just be the fact that she's legit trying to read me.  Other then that she's been the most Towny thus far imo.  I think a lot of what she does has reasoning

 

Darthe- Have agreed with a fair bit of what he's had to say.  I also think with a lot of the back and forths irt to Sili, Celsete. seph, Calder and myself Scum!Darthe had an opportunity to jump on someone and it wouldnt look bad.  That being said I've only seen Darthe Scum in Cory's offsote game where I was a Maf DOc Ghost and he missed of D1 and he exterminated me...and I didnt pay all that much attention to him.

Lainey- As with Liz I like the fact that she seems to be legit trying to read my slot correctly and not wanting to make the same mistake as in Shad's game.  She's been engaged and involved.

 

Clov- Clov seems to be looking at things from all angles and weighing in on things.  Im sure he could do that as either alignment and Clov is obv very likely able to fool me.  But he hasnt dont anything to ping me.  If Clov is still alive come D2-3 ill be very suspect of him.  Im sure he'll love that last comment but its certainly something Ill be looking at.

Hallia- Hasnt been obv Town yet but Ive no problem with her content and I know she's busy in RL, her frustration with Sili felt very genuine to me.

 

 

Calder- Nothing's pinged me but I dont know how to read Calder so Im gonna need some more to go off of to formulate a read.  Havent hated his more recent stuff. 

 

Sili- I disagree with almost everything he's said but I also cant see how Scum!Sili takes this approach.

 

Thane- Liked his reads list but need more.  Thane's evolved his game so not as easy a read as he used to be,

Zev- Nothing to go off of.

 

seph- Strongish start but later when I read his posts they're just kinda blah.  Dont like his Calder reasoning and havent liked his catchup either.  Wanna try to go back and read him over tho.  I aint the best at reading him.

 

Penneh- Ive explained this enough I think and she's yet to do anything to change my opinion atp.  Only thing holding me back from feeling more certain is the fact she's normally Scummy af.

 

I can't hate this list, I probably trust Sili a bit more than you, and I'm still pending a better read on Penny and you (Z) both so that's going. Seph has been falling a little bit on my own list. hmmm

Kind of joking and poking around at the start, wanted to see who would jump on my vote/unvote because it was intentionally awkward. The comment on Darthe was because it's something I expected Dathe to day, he enjoys making assumptions, it was not intended to make any kind of read.

This is after I said Seph was too confident and pushed him a little for it.  Might just be a coincidence though, or two independent lines of thought.

Personally I find I have a lot more to prove as scum than town, Darthe. Something to do with having a guilty conscious. You're right though, it's probably more positive than neg right now anyways.

My thought process with Seph is that I was trying to make something out of nothing and it didn't make sense. The simplest answer would be that he is serious town and wanted to make a good start to the game to make reads, not that he's scum trying to gain an early town read by attracting attention in thread for weak pushes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have def seen Laine have a similar day phase entrance before (quick vote and strange unvote). I have zero idea what alignment she was.

I have. I also believe I've recently (?) mentioned that I barely ever vote d1 until I'm certain. Wanted to see who was paying attention.

I guess there's two sides to this. One is that Seph appears out of place while everyone else is joking and getting their groove with the game. He comes straight in trying to make reads from jokes, which I don't fault him for, necessarily. But at the same time, it makes it look like he's got something to prove.

1. I never said I wanted reactions specifically from my vote, Seph. I really just wanted to see who jumped on my vote/unvote. I like that you're getting into the game.
2. Not singling you out, but you're the one that's jumping on every post, so it's pretty easy to point to you as the srs bsn one here. I'm just floating in and out at the moment, personally, waiting to see who shows up. (also, it's nap time)

(1) seems to be a contradiction? votes and unvotes are reactions after all, but also, if you wanted to see who jumped on after both our votes, then why did you unvote within a minute of placing the vote with the excuse you 'never vote this early'?

I empathize with the reasoning seph is trying too hard, but (3) is backtracking, though it's hard to say whether it's scummy flipping. Laine is probably implicitly correct here too. *shrug*

-Lainey.  I know you two have a history of reading eachother quickly, and yeah...she has taken a bit of a cautious approach to your slot, but I don't know.  I really don't feel she's been that engaged at all.  She was actually the secret deepwolf candidate I mentioned before.  I have no why idea why I don't want to trust her at this point, but something doesn't feel right about her.  I don't think there's an argument that could make me lynch her over your bottom four (I'd probably toss Hallia down there, as well), and maybe I just need to interact with her more...but it just feels like she's being more observational than anything.

That's not the point I was making.

It's one thing saying "I have a scum read on this person and I'm wtl them because x, y, z" but it's entirely different to day "these are my towns" and "these are my nulls/people I don't read well, let's lynch from this group"
