Please, Csarmi, stop hijacking the thread with ginormous posts. I'm all for letting Dice know our thoughts but to me it makes more sense that we do all that at the end. Doing it in the middle over and over and over is frustrating to me because it just keeps over-writing what I post (which looks like a SK ploy) and it confuses current debate. We still have an hour. Let's hunt.

 

I'm pushing Pral up to my second highest for SK. Based mostly (oddly enough) on the game comparisons pointed out by Darthe.

The fact that you mentioned not being sure on him now concerns me, since we actually agree. 

 

What have you got that makes you think he isn't clear?

 

Where do you place him compared to Tress?

I AGREE CSARMI, IF GAME DOESNT END VIG SHOULD SHOOT CASS IMO. HER CONTINUED INSISTANCE IN PUSHING US JUST DOESNT FEEL GENUINE ANYMORE. THINK SHE MIGHT WANT LOCK CLEAR PLAYERS OUT OF THE WAY

 

Thane, meh I still think he could be SK if Tress isn't, but w/e Cass just doesn't seem to even believe we could be scum here, she's either falling victim to some of the worst paranoia tunnelivision ever here or is just scum.

You keep stressing "concrete" stuff but that's ludicrous. Only "concrete" stuff at this point would be either a straight up scumslip or NA evidence like a seer view painting someone as scum. With seer long dead, and SK MUCH less likely to scumslip, there just isn't going to be anything concrete like you want it.

And I've said Pray is town for a while now. Csarmi isn't as strong in that opinion but I certainly haven't seen him saying that Pray is a top scumread.

Maybe it IS obsurd! But if I'm falling victim to tunnelvision and you're Town, your whole approach should be to help me clearly see what's going on and convince me of who you think is SK.

 

Shouting out in giant letters that my theories make me SK when I know 100% that I'm not - and I'm trying to make it very clear that I'm willing/making every effort to consider alternatives for the slot does not make Townie sense.

TOP PICKS FOR SK - and reasons why

 

Deslarmi - They're overly aggressive, and not answering questions, or giving anything close to solid on their ideas for who's actually in the SK slot. Specific reasons outlined in detail below.

 

Pral - His inactivity and weird voting pattern. I didn't understand his logic on voting Dice in the first place, and he only removed his vote after there was general consensus that Dice is the Vig. He 'missed' yesterday's EoD, and looks like he's doing it again. At this point, with 10 mins to go, he still hasn't re-voted.

 

Tress- Inactivity, and not voting due to fear of being wrong. We've all had wrong reads this game, as far as I'm learning that's unfortunately a normal part of the game. She mentioned being 'concerned' about Deslarmi but hasn't acted on that suspicion, has continued debating with them but hasn't voted at all. Could just be confused and frustrated, but I don't know her well enough to say it isn't just a ploy.

 

 

 

THINGS I 'PICKED UP' on DESLARMI that may have been buried/have not been explained.

 

I've been pointed in my arguments, especially starting here. But in a nutshell:

 

• They haven't rebutted anything properly, it's all unhelpful bluster, counter-attacks "We are totally Town' and AtE. This doesn't make Town sense.
   
• Early on they made a big point of both saying there was no point in talking/hypothesising about the SK, and then made a lot of points FoS everyone else for SK.
   
• There have been multiple 'reasons' given for their 'claim'/'cover' on Vig. It's not consistent. Especially if it was a test for Darthe and then continued after Darthe was dead.
   
• They have been talking a lot in QT - but are still splitting their picks/not providing the rest of us with anything conclusive.
   
• Game play has changed immensely since we got down to 5:1 - especially with Csarmi, who was very lacklustre at yesterday's EoD.
   

Maybe I'm tinfoiling. Nobody has said anything to convince me I am wrong. Inactives making this game harder. If they're Town Deslarmi are too.

A few points.

 

People lie. But not at that scenario. It was clearly the best strat to claim up, Pral was right about that.

 

I almost called for a Pral shot but i thought Des would go bonkers. I really didn't understand why on earth he would clear him.

 

Dice. When you miss the whole day as the most important townie, you shoulf consider teamplaying. We called your shot. Do it. We would have lynched Pral. There was no way in hell i would ever let Thane lynched there.

 

Fortunately, Pral had a GF instead of BPV which i don't get but oh well.

I actually convinced myself that she was town on my way to work. But her actions at EOD made no sense as either town or SK.

 

A) she is town and convinced we are SK. Why on eartb would she not call Dice to shoot us?

B) she is SK then she can't afford being shot at period cause it's a giveaway.

 

Inactivity last day was killing me.

 

Also... Pral actually disappearing through deadlines and actually not doing anything to help there were hard pings.

 

I was considering voting Pral right out of the bat before Des could say a word btw. I think that'd have been fun.
