I try to hover in the area where scum can think I'm a good mislynch target so they keep me alive without actually getting mislynched.

I didn't over justify our read on Verb but I mentioned it in my counter argument to Des's huge WoT.

I think Verb would keep Tommy and Manbat around for as long as he could then take advantage of Tommy's Princess role late in the game. I think Leelou is calling him Town based on tone. I'm starting to lean Town based on meta and strategy.

 

Des. I'm not even going to argue with you because I think you are probably Town. I appreciate that you put a ton of effort into that post and all but it is DRIPPING with confirmation bias. So I stopped reading. I've been on the receiving end of these types of posts from you before as Town so I know how wrong you often are despite all the work expressly because you often build cases to fit a narrative rather than playing what's in front of you.

 

I don't know. Verb may be scum. I just don't think he plays his hand the way he has as scum.

Leelou why do you think Verb is town?

Because I know him really well online and in person and there is a way he posts as town. His whole getting involved with the game right away is a townie move from him. Not just sitting back or flooding the thread with Spidey memes. Also, he has a way of trying to distract me as scum, although I think it's more on a subconscious level because I don't think he realizes that he does it. We've also been misrepped a few times about how we are interacting with each other. Nothing seems forced and I typically can read through his bs.
