While I agree that the inactives need to post more, this sounds a lot more like scum deflecting heat and trying to get the mob to look elsewhere.

 

 

 

 

 

Also, while we are on the subject of Player, I have a gut feeling that HE knows more about Lenlo being frozen.  It's just a gut feeling, but I keep reading his comment about it and it makes me go HMmmmmmmm.

So, now that Cory's been modkilled, I've got to find who's the next scummiest. RTE would've been my next option earlier. He's made few scummy posts since then, though, but Des is starting to look more and more scummy. (Yes, I know this sounds like a really bandwagony thing to say, but it's true.) His list doesn't make much sense to me since I think everyone on there is town but RTE. I have not decided who I'll vote for yet. I'll make a list soon of scummiest to least scummy.

Also, what exactly happened to Lenlo?

 

 

I think RTE is town, if that helps at all. His frustration post at Des was sooooo pure.

Some scummy posts from Lenlo, Vos, Dap and to a lesser extent, Darthe.

 

Lenlo for being conspicuous about his whereabouts, making sure people know why he's not playing and whinging about it. Instead: just play when you can. It looks self conscious.

 

Vos and Dap for jumping on the RTE wagon Darthe started, but Dap >>>>> Vos in terms of how scummy their jump-on was.

 

So I'd say Dap and Lenlo are both reasonably good scum leans as of Page 6.

Dap is both unwilling to clear people yet doing everything he can to remind people that he's busy and shouldn't be judged for his absence (despite saying he'd have a lot of free time coming up). Posts like "That doesn't mean you aren't as well..." are just abysmal and I really hope he isn't town or his approach to the game is soooo level zero that he should really know better by now.

Right now, Cory seems the scummiest to me. It looks like he's trying way too hard to look town. I do not like the looks of him at all. I think RTE being scum is likely too, and possibly along with Cory, since Cory seems to be sorta-defending him, then saying he doesn't have a read on him.

 

Also, this is the first game where Darthe actually seems town to me. But most of the games where he seems scum he ends up being town. He's still probably town. If he was scum, he'd probably start targeting me.

Choosing to interpret?  That's a scumslip.  What this says is that you have multiple ways that you can see the situation and you're selecting the one that best fits what you want to present to the audience as a whole.  This is lynch-worthy of itself.

You were really awesome til the last line.  It's a logical fallacy that prevents you from gaining an adequate read on me now because you've already biased me based on actions that may or may not be warranted.  How could I know that you indeed aren't scum if I didn't investigate Dawn?  Still, I'm proud of you here and happy to see you contributing.  This and even the part I was just critical of look very townie to me.

I think it's real frustration - but not sold it's town frustration. Call it tunneling if you will, but everything RTE posts just reaffirms my vote. I think his team-mates got busy when he started getting heat and it has worked. Everyone thought RTE was scummy, then he kept his head down while everyone kept going at eachother and then everyone kinda forgot. It worked.
