Shaken, the villagers returned to their homes for the night. A stunned silence had settled over High Peak after the horrors these poor humans had witnessed. The monster's body, returned to human form, had been left where it fell only to buried underneath the night's snowfall.

 

Remembering the beast they had all seen, sleep was hard to come by. The sat awake, eyes wide and peering into the darkness outside of the pathetic orb of light their candles or lanterns provided, waiting for their doors to cave in and have a monster descend upon them. But nothing came. The night's silence continued until finally it was broken with the crowing of a rooster.

 

They milled out into the fresh blanket of snow, eyeballing one another. No one was missing this time.

 

It is now Day 3. Deadline will be sometime Friday.

I know your play style can be hyper, Cloud, but you are acting too much like you have an agenda. You don't read to me like you have caught scum. You read like a wolf with a trap. I can understand why, by all means, it has all played out perfectly. You drop the sentence yourself that mafia might holster, then when Des claimed he jailed me you had the perfect shot. That combined with breathing down my neck so you can say "told you so! It was Vos" when mafia (you?) holstered.

 

Might also explain why you were so eager to take credit for the scarmi-lynch, so that even if you manage to pull off your trap and I flip VT you can still plead your case as a "good scum-hunter" and keep yourself from being lynched next day. 

 

I do commend your plan, and congrats with everything playing out like you wanted to. It's a good day to be a wolf.

Thanks for the compliments, but I'm afraid that being nice to me won't help you change my mind about your and Mish's play which I have found both to be scummy.

 

You are right though. I do have an agenda. My agenda is to eliminate the entire mafia team, and it looks like we have appointment today  

 

 

If you think I'm the second wolf then why haven't you voting for me yet? And no, me saying that the second wolf would have likely holstered last Night wasn't a scum slip, because it was the most logical move for him to make in that situation.

AJ has given us some very roomy deadlines, so we have plenty of time for everyone to weigh in and discuss to make the best possible decision. Why would we want to rush into a lynch in a game with this few players? Makes no sense.

Where did I hesitate? Unlike you I try not to get too tunnel-visioned when I think someone is scum. I don't have a plan ahead. I read you as extremely scummy and will vote you. But that doesn't mean I want day to end as quickly as possible, or fail to look at the other players.

Also, it's normal practice here on DM that the mafia can holster their NK's, but AJ might have designed his game differently so don't take my word for it.

Haha ok fair enough. I have a tendency to get impatient when I'm convinced that I have caught scum, but still have to convince other people of my reads during endgame. I have made up my mind but you guys can spend the next couple of days building cases on each other for all I care.

Seems like lazy play from town now. If this train just bangs in, I hope you'll take it down a notch and look at all candidates, not just mindlessly hammer on when I flip town.
