Oh it is.  Savory chocolate is used a lot in Mexican cooking.  Think Mole sauce.  Hot chocolate, chocolate with spice and hot peppers...soooo good!  Came from south america/mexico. So yes, steak rubbed with coffee, and then drizzled in a bitter chocolate sauce....I'm on top of that!

It might be the same type of chocolate sauce they used in spain with the churros. So delicious!

well here they put nuttella on their churros ... i didn't know that there was a special kind of sauce

Yep, there sure is :) and it never made me sick so it had to have been dairy free too, which mean it was dark chocolate *nods*

*nods* just be sure to bring me with ypu! Although it shouldn't be too expensive for you to get there...it'll cost me a fortune to go back I'm trying to organize a group from school to go, and if I get six students then I get to go for free! Now I just have to get the 6 students interested in going to commit to it!

On the program we'd go on, they wouldn't be allowed spirits and Sangria is considered a spirit since it's a mixed drink. *sad day* because that would so get them lol
