Part 2 - In Character Development

2.1. What kind of a woman was your character when she was enrolled as a novice and what kind of a woman is she now?

Kira was a hot headed novice.  She came to the White Tower with a temper that often got her into trouble.  She has learned to control her emotions and puts that energy to a greater use.  She has become more patient and understanding of others and has a desire to help others.

2.2. What have been the most important, defining events in her life and how have they changed her? Separate the events to life before the Tower, life as novice and life as Accepted. Who are the people that have affected her life the most as Novice and as Accepted and how have they done that?
 

Her most defining event in her life before coming to the Tower was when she was tested to see if she could channel.  Before that, she lived a rather normal and monotonous existence.  Life as a novice and Accepted have taught her the importance of patience and controlling your emotions rather than controlling you.  She has learned to let go of her past and look towards the future.  As Accepted, Kira found her love for teaching.
 

Rasheta Sedai has been a great influence on her as she taught her how to reign in her emotions as a novice. Alia Sedai was an influence on her as well.  She taught her the true meaning of the Blue Ajah and that is where Kira feels she could find her home there.

2.3. What are your character's weaknesses? Strengths? What is her inner struggle?  What is her philosophy of life?

Kira has an ability to overcome her personal struggles.  This she achieved through overcoming her temper.  Even though she has learned to control her temper, it can still come out under extreme circumstances.  As a result, when she is really stressed out, she can become emotional.  That is her inner struggle - she constantly struggles with emotions.  She also struggles with having left her family.  Although unaware of if her vision in the arches was prophetic, she believes she has seen her father's death and the effect it will have on her mother.  She will struggle with this as she continues through her life.  Her philosophy of life can best be described as a life not lived for others isn't worth living.

2.4. What three words best describe your character's personality?

Selfless, Kind hearted, patient

Part 3 - The Role of an Aes Sedai

3.1. What do you think the role of an Aes Sedai is ICly?

  The role of an Aes Sedai is to serve others to the best of your ability.

 

3.2. What has been the greatest sacrifice your character has made to become an Aes Sedai?

Leaving her family.

3.3. How is your character going to Serve All?

She will work to set up schools or to train others in teaching both children and adults.  She will make contacts with members of different cities and use those people as liaisons to continue improvement in education.  She will work will rulers and nobles to set up plans for emergencies.

 
3.4. What would you like your character to achieve? What are her ambitions in life? What kind of RP plans do you have in mind for your Sister?

I would like to see Kira start a school for children.  This is also her ambition.  She also wants to train with weapons and learn basic military tactics to help prepare for emergencies and help cities with evacuations.  She has a desire to help in the Last Battle and as a result has considered the Green Ajah, but more than that, her dedication is to educating others.

I would like to have some RPs in which she works with nobles in setting up schools or tutoring programs as well as emergency preparedness.  I would like to also have a weapons training RP with her.

3.5. How does your character feel about Warders in general and of the whole bonding?

She is all for bonding.  Given her desire to help with the Last Battle and the amount of traveling she is likely to do, she would seek out a Warder.
