Creating Goals - all you need to know?

So, I used to have lots of trouble creating good measurable goals and sometimes I still find myself saying things like "My goal is to be more organized" without having any way to measure it, but then I change it to something like "I will complete all grading every night" which will help me to stay organized!


What helped me to get better at this was Chalene Johnson's 30 Day Push! She has a book that's around $15, or an e-book for like $5-6 or a FREE online 30 day video series in which she pushes you to dig deep and be specific. I've been through the online series twice now and believe me, I get so much more done on a daily basis thanks to her!
