I had a  1 x Magistrate role as well that someone stole from me last night. I guess it will be important for us to have multiple lynches during the days.

 

I have no clue about who to vote and I don´t have the time to read the thread but I will do it tomorrow.

The reason I'm asking is because I had a 1-time cop viewing and used that on the Knight last night, and I got a town result. But he's caught in a lie (unless someone else fesses up to already having stolen his tracker-role) and that's enough to varrant a vote from me regardless of my viewing. I am interested in what he'll have to say for himself though, so I'll hold off until he shows off.

I want to smack you for this. If you viewed him town then he is town. Several people can steal roles and he was prime real estate last night. You're standpoint is made from ignorance because not everybody has checked in, if people did get a PR they wouldn't want to announce it to the world, and you're going directly counter to the information that you have been provided by your ability.

 

The derp in this thread amazes me. It's damn unfortunate that I believe the claim and tht clears both of you in my eyes.

I'm not following this "I tried to steal and failed = scum" logic at all. You should stop failing/trying to lead the town until there is a basis for making that leap.

 

I can verify that there are other thief roles in this game as I had something else stolen from me.

I tracked Mummy, because I thought he was playing a bad game. I got multiple results. He can confirm or deny whether or not this is true. If he lies then I'll out him and we can nail a scum, and if he tells the truth then I'll give him the benefit of the doubt because I don't necessarily want to out his role.

My standards would have to be lowered considerably for that to ever happen.

 

 

 

Towards the end of Day 1 when I managed to check in I had my eye on Jaguaro. I didn't like the way he went about things. The way he kept shifting his votes repeatedly and the change of his intensity. However, his posts today have added him a tinge of credibility in my eyes.

 

As for Black Knight, I admit that I wasn't keen on voting him after his reveal. But I'm currently bothered by him. Two people claim to have tried to steal from him on night 1 and come up empty. The fact that two people are voicing the same thing gives me a bit more confidence about at least one of them being truthful. Cause it seems dumb that two mafiosos would relate to one another so openly.

 

So sure, there could be more than one explanation of someone trying to steal a role and coming up empty. The target could have no role, someone might have blocked them, someone might have stolen the role before they got a chance.

 

HOWEVER in Black Knight's case he declared that he did have a role. So that crosses out one of the options. Assuming the two that claimed to have tried to steal the role are being truthful...taking into consideration that the chances of both of them getting blocked is slim because it's like shooting in a barrel... and considering the fact that Black Knight claims he DID use his role tonight, which most likely indicates that there isn't a third party that swept through and nabbed the role before them... I think we're at an impasse. I don't really buy the idea of his role being stolen and him not knowing about it yet. It just doesn't ring true to me. There seems to be a lot of ifs and maybes to Black Knights story. If he used his role and then maybe if people tried to steal it but they got it after he used it maybe he hasn't been told? Ugh. Please.

 

Right now I'm leaning towards not believing Black Knight. I think he got cornered on day 1 and whipped out a fake claim. So unless I see some pretty compelling evidence, my vote rests with Black Knight right now.
